You Can Usually Donate Here
but…
During the month of April we encourage our donors to wait for our Give Local Campaign to maximize your donation dollars.
The Bridgewater Land Trust is holding its most significant fundraiser of the year – Give Local on April 21-22. This is the ABSOLUTE best time to donate since your donation is MORE THAN DOUBLED! Our goal is to raise $150,000 during this 2 day on-line campaign.
Your will be able to donate starting 7:00 am, Tuesday, April 21!
We are working hard to engage new donors this year and are hoping that you would be one of them. All it takes is $10 or more to be considered a new donor. If we reach 200 donors, it will unlock a $10,000 bonus.
If you want to know what your donation will help us do? Go to our donation page:

In addition to our membership and fundraising events, your monetary contributions are vital to sustaining our mission, and go a long way towards planting our land trust legacy on evermore solid ground. Every dollar received translates into an enduring, visible investment in the natural environment of our community.
The Bridgewater Land Trust is a federally recognized 501(c) (3) charitable organization, and all your contributions are tax deductible. We thrive on creating mutual relationships with affinity organizations and individuals whose love- of- land aligns with our goals.
*We deeply appreciate and would like to honor our contributors. Please contact our offices to confidentially discuss if:
- You’d like to give anonymously. (Please also make note with your contribution.)
- You’d like to discuss making your contribution publicly at one of our events, via our social media and website news, or specifically in conjunction with one of our new projects, a particular Bridgewater Land Trust Property, or our ongoing land care stewardship programs.
- You’d like to discuss making your monetary contribution gift in memory of or in honor of someone.
The land gets inside of us; and we must decide one way or another what this means, what we will do about it.

here does your money go? Membership fees translate into every facet of a strong, growing land trust. These funds provide the working foundation to allow us to:
- Continue our excellent record in preserving and protecting our forest and farm land, watercourse and open space, and natural habitats of our native flora and fauna
- Educate ourselves and our community on best practices, grant and advocacy opportunities, and environmental regulations and guidance
- Produce educational and family programing, fundraising and partnered events
- Maintaining our high-level monitoring, stewardship and land care programs
Membership keeps you, your friends, your neighbors, and your family involved and aware of the progress we make with your help, and the preservation issues we face that affect your town, your property values, and the quality of life in your own backyard. Joining as a Bridgewater Land Trust member opens a broader channel of communications for our organization and creates a wider base of actively interested, in- touch, and committed people, working together toward a lasting, grounded, common cause. Thank you for joining.
